Invitation to Pre-Qualification for Laboratory Services

We are a JY storage facility based in Lagos which requires an experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Company to manage and operate our ultra-modern LP Gas/ Hydrocarbon Laboratory. The purpose of which is to produce verifiable third party certification of products prior to importation and subsequent distribution.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested Prequalify firms are hereby requested to submit the following documents:

• Evidence of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
• A copy of company HSE Plan and Policy
• A detailed but brief profile of company
• Evidence of successful execution of similar project

Closing Date for Submission of Document
All documents must be forwarded in a sealed envelope marked “Pre-Qualification for Laboratory Services” and must be received on or before 20th November, 2012 and addressed to the:
