Since its founding in 1971, MSH has worked in over 140 Countries. MSM has corporate offices in Boston. MA, U.S. and currently supports field offices in 35 developing countries.

MSH is looking for a Contractor to perform Facility Management Services for its Nigerian Country Office located at Block B, A. U. J. Complex, Plot 564/565 Off Independence Avenue Central Business District, Abuja. FCT.

Background & Overview
Interested organizations are expected to have a tour of the office, view all facilities, and free to measure, make evaluations, and ask questions in order to clarify.

Scope of Work
General cleaning of all parts of the building both interior and exterior, gardening/flower maintenance, renovation, plumbing, carpentry, maintenance of air conditioners, water dispenser, fire extinguishers.

Evaluation Criteria
Quotes will be evaluated based on submission of a Company profile including Certificate of Incorporation, technical capacity and experience, discounted price quotation and verifiable address.

Closing Date
Interested companies who have the capacity to undertake this type of work and have operational Base in Abuja only should send their submission on or before close of business on Thursday, 8th November, 2012 in a sealed envelope, registered at the reception and dropped in the bid box and addressed to:
