Invitation to Tender for Projects in the College at Federal Government Girls’ College

Federal Government Girls’ College, Umuahia hereby invites interested and reputable contractors / suppliers to bid for the following projects in the College:

Lot 1: Construction of Hostel
Lot 2: Procurement of Students and Staff Furniture.
Lot 3: Construction of 1 No Block of six (6) Classrooms.

Qualification Requirements

• Company Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
• Company Current three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration
• Audited Account of Company for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of PENCOM compliance.
• A copy of Company Profile.

Collection of Tender Documents:
Tender documents are available for collection with effect from Tuesday 30/1012012, from The Secretary, School Tenders Board, Federal Government Girl’s College, Umuahia.

Tender Documents attract a fee of N20,000.(Twenty thousand naira only).

Closing Date
12th November, 2012

Submission of Bids
All bid documents must be contained in an envelope with “Bid” boldly written at the top right hand corner of the envelope, and addressed to: The Secretary, School Tenders Board, Federal Government Girls’ College, Umuahia, Abia State.

Opening of Bids:
Opening of Bid Documents shall be by 11.00 a.m.,on 12/11/2012.

Note: Only qualified bidders shall be notified.
