Invitation to Tender for the Printing of ECOWAS Official Journal Volume 60 & 61 and EPAUs Documents

1) The ECOWAS Commission intends to use its budget and its counterpart fund for the EPAU project for the printing of the below defined items.

2) The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Printing One (1) lot of these items for ECOWAS Commission as follows:

A. Printing of EPAU’s Documents

• Book on Domestic Resource Mobilization (DRM) … 1500 Copies
• EPAU’s Monographs ………………………………...... 6000 Copies
• Journal of West African Integration (JWAI) ………...... 2000 Copies
• EPAU’s 2011 Annual Report ………………………..... 4000 Copies

B. Printing of ECOWAS Official Journal Volume 60 & 61

• ECO WAS Official Journal Volume 60……… 2000 Copies
• ECOWAS Official Journal Volume 61………  3000 Copies

3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Procurement Division of the Directorate of General Administration, Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

4) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director of General Administration and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of: Twenty Thousand (20,000) Naira only.

5) Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and 4eposited in the ECOWAS Tenders Box located in the Office of Director of General Administration, 1st Floor ECOWAS Commission; 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria and clearly marked ‘Tender For The Printing Of ECOWAS Official Journal Volume 60 & 61 and EPAUs Documents, Do Not Open Except in Presence of the Tender Committee”

6) Closing Date
29th November, 2012 by 10.00 am on Thursday.

7) Bid shall include a Bid guarantee (bank guarantee or insurance bond). The amount of the Bid Security shall be: 150,000.00 Naira only.

8) Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder& representatives who choose to attend, Thursday 29th November 2012 at 10.30 pm at ECOWAS Commission Main Hall, 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria.
