Invitation to Tender for 2012 Capital Projects at Investments & Securities Tribunal

Further to the publication of 6th August, 2012, the invitation to tender for 2012 CAPITAL PROJECTS of the Investments and Securities Tribunal which elapsed on 18th September, 2012 has been extended.

We hereby notify all interested contractors who signified interest that the delay for the issuance of the bid documents was due to unavoidable reasons, hence the bid validity period for submission has been extended as follows:

Closing date for submission: 14th December, 2012

Opening of bids: 14th December, 2012

Venue: Investments and Securities Tribunal,
Plot 823, Ralph Sodeinde Street,
Central Business District,
Abuja.

All interested bidders can respond as per the earlier advert of 6th August, 2012 in line with the extended validity period.

In addition to the qualification requirements, all bidders MUST show Evidence of compliance with the provisions of section 6 (1) (3) of the Amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act (2011):
