Introduction
- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of the improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the contract for the Procurement of 145 Nos. Tri-cycle Ambulance CNG-operated; 145 Nos. Tri- cycle Ambulance PMS-operated and 6 Boat Ambulance'.
- The Federal Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the project as detailed below:
- Contract Identification: FGN/IMPACT/RFB/G/09/11/2024/C
- Contract Description: Procurement of 6 Numbers of Boat Ambulance. (for detailed specification see BDS in bidding Document)
- Bid Security: N4,900,000.00.
Note: Bidders should note that award of contract will be based on Lot by Lot basis and that only one (1) Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.
Bidding Procedures
- Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2023 ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the "Procurement Regulation" on the Conflict of Interest.

- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from IMPACT PROJECT National Office, through the Project Manager (PM); nphcdaimpact@gmail.com and may inspect the bidding document during office hours between 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Mondays - Fridays at the address given below.
Payment for Bidding Document
- A complete bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (#100,000.00).
