Save the Children Office Abuja invites Tenders to submit, free of charge, and without obligation on the part of save the children, a tender on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Non conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion of the bid

Tenders should be valid for a period of One (1) Month after the deadline of tender submission
Prices shall be free of VAT but 5%WHT shall be deducted from the total sum and paid to FIRS by save the children on behave of the successful bidder

All interested suppliers are required to pick up the tender document in save the children office at No 20, Buchanan Crescent Wuse II Abuja

All properly completed tender bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Private and Confidential”, showing the Category code and addressed for the “attention of Procurement and Contracts Committee, Save the Children, No 20 Buchanan Crescent Wuse 2, Abuja

The flip side of the envelope should not have any other information details relating to the bid being submitted.

Your bid is to be dropped into the correct “Tender Box” situated at the reception desk in save the children office in Abuja.

The Closing Date is 12.00hrs on the 22nd November 2012 after which no bids will be accepted or entertained.

Save the children reserve the right to reject any application that is found incomplete and is not under any obligation to give reasons for its decision. Applicants who have not heard from us by end of November 2012 should consider their application to be unsuccessful.
