Port Harcourt Water Corporation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of 10 Numbers of 4X4 WD Double Cabin Pick-Ups; 10 Numbers of 4X2 WD Double Cabin Pick-Ups; 1 Number of 18 Seater Bus; and 12 Numbers of Maintenance Mini Bus (Cargo). Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience.




Port Harcourt Water Corporation, formerly part of the Rivers State Water Board, is owned by the Rivers State Government and is the principal supplier of water and wastewater management throughout Rivers State. The body is responsible for the provision of urban water supply and wastewater management for Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local government area of Rivers State.

Details
  • The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Urban Water Sector Reform and Port Harcourt Water Supply and Sanitation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Operational Vehicles, Trucks and Motorcycles for The Port Harcourt Water Corporation
  • The Port Harcourt Water Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the Procurement of Operational Vehicles, Trucks and Motorcycles for The Port Harcourt Water Corporation
  • Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), OCBI procedures as specified in the Bank's Procurement Framework [African Development Bank, Standard Bidding Document Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) August 2021] and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
  • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Chief Ibibia O; Walter with email address: watsanworks.phwssp@gmail.com and inspect the Bidding document during office hours (8:00 A.M.4P.M.)on weekdays only at the address given below.
  • The Bidding document in English may be purchased by all eligible Bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of N750,00.00 or US$500.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
  • The method of payment will be in Cheque or Bank Draft, made out in favour of PORTHARCOURT WATER CORPORATION. The document will be sent by courier on demand.
  • All Bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security.
