Nigerian Content Requirements

Only Nigerian companies having equal to or greater than 51% Nigerian shareholding in the bidding entity shall bid for this work scope. Tenderer shall demonstrate that entity is a Nigerian-registered company. Provide evidence of company Ownership Structure form CO2 and CO7, registration on NOGIC JQS and NUPRC certificate.
Detailed description of the location of in-country committed facilities & infrastructure (technical office/administrative office) in Nigeria to support this contract.
Tenderer shall comply with the latest approved version of NCDMB HCD guideline by committing (via a letter of undertaking) to providing Project-Specific training, man-hour, budget, skill development and understudy plan for Nigerian personnel utilizing OGTAN registered trainer(s) or other approved NCDMB training institution(s).
Provide evidence Category 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Consultancy Services NCEC demonstrating capacity and capability to deploy IT professional personnel to execute the work scope.
Provide evidence of what percentage of Management Positions are Nigerian personnel and what percentage of Nigerian personnel that shall execute the work scope.

Additional Information

All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be to the contractor's accounts.
This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of SPDC to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-con-fractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from SPDC and or any of its partners by virtueof such companies having been prequalified in NJQS.
