Introduction

The Federal Capital Territory Administration through the Abuja Investments Company Limited (AICL) invites suitably qualified registered Auctioneers to tender for the disposal of obsolete and unserviceable vehicles (high capacity buses) under its subsidiary company, Abuja Urban Mass Transport Company Limited (AUMTCO).
Following due process therefore, the Abuja Investments Company Limited invites interested and reputable Auctioneers with relevant experience and good track record to submit bids for the following:

Tender Requirements

Prospective bidders are required to submit complete set of up-to-date Public eligibility requirements. Original of the documents must be produced for sighting during opening of bids session, please.

Collection of Tender Documents

Interested companies are to collect tender documents from Abuja Investment Company Limited (AICL) upon presentation of evidence of payment of Non-refundable Tender Fee of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) into:

- Account Number: 5030158324
- Bank: Fidelity Bank Plc.

Closing Date

Wednesday, 19th February, 2025 by 12noon.

Submission of Bids

Completed Tender Documents for Disposal of the Obsolete / Unserviceable Vehicles (High Capacity Buses) should be enveloped, sealed, waxed and marked on the right-hand corner with The title of the project and the Lot number and should be deposited in Abuja Investment Company Limited (AICL) at:

Area 11, Garki, Abuja.

Opening of Bids

All tenders received will be opened on Thursday 20th February, 2025 by 11:00am at the same venue in the presence of tenderers or their representatives.

Note

ALL vehicles (High Capacity Buses) are to be sold "As is" and WITHOUT any guarantees
Interested Companies SHOULD NOT tender for more than Two Lots
Interested members of the public are invited to the opening of the bids exercise. They are however to abide by the Code of Conduct for Public Procurement observers issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement.
Company's representatives are to come along with a letter of introduction including name, rank and sample signatures to the opening.
AICL is not bound to accept the highest bidder or any bid.
