Invitation for Pre-qualification Tender (Technical) at Rivers State Ministry of Chieftaincy and Community Affairs

The Rivers State Ministry of Chieftaincy and Community Affairs invites reputable and eligible contractors to participate in the Pre-Qualification Tender (Technical) for the construction of a Conference Hall/Office Complex for the Rivers State Council of Traditional Rulers in Port Harcourt.

Invitation for Pre-qualification Tender (Technical)

Participating contractors are requested to submit the following pre-qualification documents (not later than seven days from the date of this publication) to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Rivers State Ministry of Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, 10th floor, Point Block, State Secretariat Complex, Port Harcourt, Rivers State:

1. Certificate of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Evidence of registration with the Rivers State Ministry of Works.
3. Contractors current Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
4. List of plants, equipment and technical staff available for the project.
5. Evidence (experience) of similar jobs executed.
6. Bank reference from a reputable bank
7. List/CV of technical personnel in your employment.
