1) The Banjul Accord Group Aviation Safety Oversight Organisation (BAGASOO) through the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has received a Grant from the African Development Bank in UA to finance the Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuous Airworthiness Programmes (COSCAP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of one Vehicle Saloon Car for COSCAP.

2) The BAGASOO now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply in one Lot of one vehicle saloon car as described in Section VII of the Bidding Document/Technical specifications

3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information form and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of The Executive Director,

Method of Application
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application addressed to the above project Coordinator and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (NGN1O,000.00).

Closing Date
Bids must be delivered to the office of The Executive Director, BAGASOO, 1St Floor NCAA Building, Nnamdi Azikiwe Intl. Airport, Abuja on or before 12 noon on 17th September 2012 and must be accompanied by a bid security of Eighty Thousand Naira only (NGN80,000.00).

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, 17th September 2012 at 1 pm, at the office of The Executive Director, BAGASOO, I st Floor NCAA Building, Nnamdi Azikiwe Intl Airport, Abuja.
