Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Construction of Entrepreneurial Development Centre

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara invites applications from experienced Contractors for prequalification for the construction of the following project.

1.) Project
Construction of Entrepreneurial Development Centre

2.) Requirements for Pre-Qualification

• Name, Address and Telephone Number of Company
• Evidence of registration with Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara
• Evidence of registration with Delta State Ministry of Works
• Evidence of execution of similar contracts, stating contract sum, evidence of award and timely completion.
• Company’s profile including details of key Staff strength, equipment and plant owned or hired.
• Name and address of Bankers including a Letter of Reference and Guarantee stating Company’s financial capability.
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
• A non-refundable processing fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) in Bank Draft and made payable to “Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara”.

3.) Method of Application
All pre-qualification documents which should be enclosed in a sealed envelop and marked “Prequalification documents for proposed Entrepreneurial Development Centre” should be addressed to the Registrar, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara

4.) Closing Date
3rd December, 2012
