The Delta State Tenders Board through the Ministry of Works (Rural and Riverine Roads) invites suitably qualified companies to submit their Tender bids to execute the project listed below:

Collection of Tender Application Forms and Documents

Tender Application forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary. Ministerial tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon non-refundable payments of:
- Tender fee of N250,000.00
- Tender documents processing fee of N180,000.00.

Accompanying Documents
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:

Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Government;
Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate:
Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit of N180,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads
Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications
Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 into any Government Treasury Cash office nearest to you;
Evidence of Financial capability
Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed
Evidence of DSIR Card:
Memorandum/Articles of Association;Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years.

Application Closing Date
24th March, 2025 at 12noon.

Submission of Tender Documents
All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with completed Bills of Quantities, should be put in a wax-sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project title at the top left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

Opening of Tender Documents

Tenders will be opened at 10.00am, Tuesday, 25th March, 2025 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders' representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba.

Note

Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
Late bid after Monday, 24th March, 2025 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
