1) The Banjul Accord Group Safety Oversight Organisation (BAGASOO) through the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has received a Grant from the African Development Bank in UA to finance the Cooperative Development of Operational Safely and Continuous Airworthiness Programmes (COSCAP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Computer Equipment and Software (Lot 1) and Communication Equipments (Lot 2) for COSCAP.

2) The BAGASOO now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply in 2 Lots of Computer Equipment and Software (Lot 1) and Communication Equipments (Lot 2) as followed:

How to Apply
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application addressed to the above project Coordinator and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (NGN10,000.00),

Closing Date
Bids must be delivered to the office of The Executive Director, BAGASOO, 1st Floor NCM Building, Nnamdi Azikiwe Intl. Airport, Abuja on or before 10.00 am on 17th September 2012 and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ninety Thousand Naira only (90,000 N) for lot I and Seventy Thousand Naira only (70,000 N) for lot2

Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, 17 September 2012 at 10:30 am, at the office of The Executive Director, BAGASOO, 1st Floor NCAA Building, Nnamdi Azikiwe Intl. Airport, Abuja.
