Ohonyeta Care Givers (OCAG) invites qualified vendors to submit sealed quotations for the Procurement of Shelter / NFI Items and WASH Items in Makurdi, Benue State. Interested vendors should possess relevant qualifications.

Ohonyeta Care Givers (OCAG) is a non-profit organization committed to building a society where vulnerable and marginalized populations have access to and control over resources. We work collaboratively with communities, government institutions, non-governmental agencies, and international partners to strengthen service delivery through evidence-based monitoring, evaluation, and strategic planning.

Currently, OCAG, in partnership with Christian Aid (CA), is implementing a humanitarian response project targeting communities affected by violent conflict in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.

We invite qualified vendors to submit sealed quotations for:

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Procurement of Shelter / NFI Items and WASH Items

Description
We hereby invite qualified vendors to submit sealed quotations for the supply of the following items under two distinct Lots:

Lot 1: Shelter / NFI Items

Matress (75x30 x4, 22 density)- 1,300pieces
Blankets (30 inches by 45inches) - 1,300pieces
Mosquito Nets (LLIN treated)- 1,300pieces
Bathing Soap (antiseptic soap) - (180g) - 13,000pieces
Laundry Soap (250) - 13,000pieces
Detergent (800g) - 1,300pieces
Toothpaste (130g) - 5,200pieces
Toothbrushes (small, medium, big) - 5,200pieces
Branded Packaging Bags (Mamuda Ghana-must-go, Big size)- 1,300 pieces.

Lot 2: WASH Items

Jerricans (20litres) - 1,300pieces
Buckets (18litres) - 1,300pieces
Hand Wash Stations - buckets with lid and tap(30litres) - 4pieces
Water Guard - 1,300pieces
Hand Wash Kit (hand sanitizar and hand wash) - 4 pieces.

Pre-Qualifications Requirements
Interested vendors should submit the following documents:

Brief company profile
Pictorial evidence of the quoted items showing the description of the items
Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
Evidence of Tax Payment / Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Evidence of executing similar contracts within the last 3 years
Estimated delivery date
Delivery cost (if applicable)
Bank name and address
Terms of payment (after delivery or otherwise)
Validity period of the quotation.

Financial Bid / Price Quotes

Please provide your most competitive quote for the items in any of the Lots listed above. Preference will be given to suppliers offering high-quality products at the lowest price, in line with the stated specifications.

Important Notes:

OCAG and Christian Aid are VAT-exempt organizations – VAT should notbe included in your quote.
A 5% Withholding Tax (WHT)will be deducted and remitted to the relevant tax authority.
