Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) is making an Expression of Interest and Invitation to Bid / Tender for the Supply of Materials for Operation and Maintenance of Boreholes and the Supply of Construction Materials for Rehabilitation of Sanitation Facilities in Maiduguri, Borno State. Interested vendors should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) is a nonprofit non-governmental national organization established in Nigeria in July 2014 with the aim to improve the lives of people through effective and efficient humanitarian and developmental assistance in communities where such supports are essentially necessary within Nigeria.

Through international and national networking, LPF provided humanitarian and developmental assistance to individuals, families, schools, Health facilities, and communities in more than twelve (12) states within Nigeria regardless of their ethnicity, political and religious affiliation. LPF fundamentally intervenes in multi-sectoral humanitarian activities majoring in Protection, Health, Food Security & Livelihood, Education, Nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions, and other Cross-Sectoral areas.

Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with government and LPF regulations. Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) will only engage with Vendors who meet these regulations, such as tax clearance for the previous year, and are not involved in Fraud and/or terrorism.

Note

All tender documents must be filled, signed, and stamped.
Quotation must be on Company letterhead alongside LPF RFQ.
All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions, Lot details and description
Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online option must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.
All unsealed and late bids will automatically be disqualified
A means of identification (ID, such as NIN, driver's license, etc.) of any member of the company should be part of the sealed envelope
Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and delivery time.
Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work in terms of nature and/or size of work.
