We invite applications for:

Locations: (Mubi, Michika, Madagali, Gombi, LGAs) Adamawa and Borno State (MMC LGA)

Background

• ZSF, since its establishment in 2017, has been implementing humanitarian and developmental interventions in Education, Health, WASH, Protection, Food Security, Livelihood, Peace Building, Housing, Land and Property (HLP), Shelter, and Non-food Items (NFI).
• These interventions have directly targeted over 30,000 vulnerable Women, Men, Girls, and Boys, including persons with disabilities.
• Determined to expand our interventions to reach more vulnerable groups in conflict-affected areas, ZSF is implementing humanitarian intervention in Nigeria with funding support from various donors.

• Vendors are requested to submit relevant documents clearly indicating the types of goods and services they wish to be registered to render.
• Companies that have already submitted and have done business with Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) also need to resubmit for the purpose of business continuity.

Method of Application
Interested and qualified vendors should send an email request for the vendor application form to be filled, attached and submitted together with all Application documents to: zsfprocurementportal@gmail.com using the Title as the subject of the mail.

All hard copy submissions are to be made in a sealed envelope addressed to the Procurement Unit and dropped at the ZSF office at:

Application Documents

• CAC certificate of registration
• Company profile (including list of key personnel, qualifications, and experience, locations (main office, branches, and/or outlets)
• Valid Tax/VAT Certificate, etc.
• At least three (3) business references
• At least 3 evidence of similar jobs with NGOs
• Proof of Business Ownership
• Clear physical shop/company address with email and phone number.

Note

• Qualified and eligible vendors within the project location are encouraged to apply
• The vendor registration form and supplier code of conduct should be appropriately filled, duly signed, and stamped and should be submitted alongside the above-mentioned documents.
• A member of the screening committee will contact you if ZSF finds you suitable and eligible.
• Any application submitted later than the closing date will not be considered.
