The assignment is based in Abuja (FCT). Interested bidders should demonstrate relevant qualifications (B.Sc / M.Sc / PhD) and have 5–10 years of proven experience in consultancy and marketing services.

Background

  • Koyo is a digital health technology company committed to delivering quality, accessible, and trusted healthcare services through innovative technology, such as the Koyo Navigate app.
  • As part of our marketing strategy, Koyo will be launching its Thunderclap Marketing Campaign in Abuja in September 2025.
  • The launch aims to position Koyo as a trusted healthcare partner for Nigerians, particularly mothers, by leveraging diverse marketing channels and a large-scale activation event.

Objectives of the Assignment
The consultant/agency will:

  • Develop and execute a 360° integrated marketing campaign for Koyo’s launch.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through prelaunch, launch, and post-launch activities.
  • Implement Koyo’s key brand messages of Trust, Empathy, and Quality Health across all channels.
  • Deliver a high-impact launch event in Abuja, supported by coordinated campaigns across SMS, social media, partnerships, sales agents, and traditional media.

Scope of Work:

  • The consultant/agency is expected to undertake the following:

Pre-Launch Activities:

  • Develop and disseminate SMS campaigns to profiled middle-income mothers in Abuja (event teaser, app sign-up prompts, reminders).
  • Design and schedule social media content aligned with Koyo values (trust, empathy, quality healthcare).
  • Build partnerships with pharmacies, salons, fashion designers, spas, gyms, and
    women-led businesses for cross-promotion.
  • Design and print promotional materials: flyers, pull-up banners, branded merchandise, goody bags, and raffle items.
  • Secure and confirm event location, logistics, and permits (Jabi Lake Mall, Millennium Park, or other suitable venues).

Launch Event (“Koyo is Live”):
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Thunderclap Launch Event, including:

  • Sales agent booth and app sign-ups (with promo codes)
  • Pop-up clinic sessions (Dr. Q&A consultations).
  • Interviews with Koyo partners, customers, and doctors.
  • Live entertainment, music, and MC facilitation.
  • Influencer presence and coverage.
  • Raffle draws and giveaways.
  • Photography, videography, and live streaming on social media.

Post-Launch Activities:

  • Disseminate thank-you messages via SMS and social media.
  • Share event success stories, customer testimonials, and highlights.
  • Continue social media and partnership engagement for sustained visibility.
  • Track, analyse, and report customer acquisition and engagement metrics.

Deliverables:

  • Marketing campaign plan (including content calendar, timelines, and channel mix).
  • Creative designs (flyers, banners, social media templates, promo materials).
  • Execution of SMS campaigns (pre-, during, and post-launch)
  • Successful launch event with a minimum of 500 attendees and 1,000+ app downloads and paying customers.
  • Post-event report covering reach, customer acquisition, media coverage, and lessons learned.

 Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc / PhD with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
