OCAG’s intervention is driven by its Mission of “empowering the vulnerable and marginalized community members to appreciate their productive and reproductive roles through involvement in meaningful and sustainable community based programs. OCAG target groups are Adolescents, Men and women of reproductive age, People infected and affected found in the community, youth organizations, women and men organizations, Faith based Organizations and support groups.

We invite quotations from qualified vendors for:

Description
We hereby invite qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply of the following items:

Lot 1: Sound Bar 5.1Ch Wireless Subwoofer

Lot 2: 75" 4K QLED Smart Television

Lot 3: 4K Video Conferencing Camera with Conference Room

• Microphone System
• Video Quality: 4K Ultra-HD (3840 x 2160), 30 fps
• Features: AI-powered Intelligent Zoom, Face Tracking, Lighting
• Optimization, Privacy Shutter
• Connectivity: USB-C Plug & Play (Windows/macOS).

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested vendors should submit the following documents:

• Brief company profile
• Pictorial evidence of the quoted items showing the description of the items
• Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
• Evidence of Tax Payment / Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Evidence of executing similar contracts within the last 3 years
• Estimated delivery date
• Delivery cost (if applicable)
• Bank name and address
• Terms of payment (after delivery or otherwise)
• Validity period of the quotation.

Financial Bid / Price Quotation

• Please provide your most competitive quote for the items in any of the Lots listed above.
• Preference will be given to suppliers offering high-quality products at the lowest price, in line with the stated specifications.

Important Notes: A 2% Withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted and remitted to the relevant tax authority.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed and properly labeled envelope marked "RFQ – Multimedia equipment" and addressed to:
