To achieve this, BAF’s developed solution involves community  developed approaches, amplifying voice and leadership of women, girls  and youths as well as demanding accountability of services by relevant  institutions to sustain interventions for the long term. BAF also  focuses on reducing stigma and lack of access to services experienced by  women, children and persons with disabilities by rebranding issues and  challenges in ways that their ills are easily understood by all.

Title: Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Construction of a  Hall and a Mini Store to serve as the Girls Resource and Development  Center in Rakwata Sale and Ado Communities in Kaugama LGA of Jigawa  State
Location: Kaugama LGA, Jigawa
 
Project Description
    - The project involves building a Hall and mini store aimed at  enhancing the Girls educational and resource development infrastructure  within the community.
 
Key Details
Scope of Work:
    - The contractor will be responsible for: 	
    
        - Block work from foundation to finish
 
        - Roofing and carpentry
 
        - Electrical installations (ceiling fans and Sockets)
 
        - Finishing works include plastering, painting, and flooring
 
        - Installation of doors, windows, and classroom fixtures
 
        - Pupils and office furniture (A total of 10 three-seater desks and 2 staffs table and 6 chairs)
 
    
     
The contractor will also give reports at each stage of the process:
Technical Requirements:
    - Bidders should demonstrate their expertise and capacity to  undertake similar projects. These include possessing the necessary  equipment,experienced personnel, and evidence of track record in  delivering successful classroom constructions.
 
Compliance:
    - All construction activities must adhere to applicable local  regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards. Bidders  should possess the required licenses and certifications.
 
Evaluation Criteria 
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
    - Experience and past project performance
 
    - Technical and financial capability
 
    - Compliance with the stated eligibility criteria
 
    - Completeness and clarity of the submitted documents.
 
Contract Duration:
    - The contract will be awarded for a fixed-term period. Details  regarding contract duration, payment terms, and milestones will be  provided to shortlisted bidders.

Interested companies are requested to submit their Expression of  Interest and added documentation detailing necessary company  registration, licenses, experience and expertise. The EOI should include  the following information:
    - Company Profile: Provide a brief overview of your company,  including its background, core competencies, and key construction  projects.
 
    - Technical Capacity: Outline your construction equipment, tools, and  resources available for the project. Highlight relevant certifications,  licenses, and any quality assurance processes implemented.
 
    - Experience: Describe your company's experience in executing similar  projects, emphasizing the number of classrooms constructed, locations,  and outcomes achieved. Include pictures or references from previous  clients, if available.
 
    - Team: Introduce the key personnel who will be involved in the project, including their qualifications and relevant experience.
 
    - Financial Stability: Provide an overview of your company's  financial standing, demonstrating your ability to fulfill the  contractual obligations and tax certificates.
 
    - Submission should include a detailed quotation.
