Expressions of Interest (EoI) are invited from prospective vendors for:

Overview

• CBM International want to establish a venor database that will contain all pre-qualified registered vendors and their details as submitted.
• All successfully prequalified vendors shall be listed with CBM and included in the approved vendor list before contracts can be awarded to such vendors.

CBM, therefore, requests prospective vendors to express their interest in the following States for the following areas:
Bayelsa State:

• Bayelsa - Lot 1 - Outdoor catering services
• Bayelsa - Lot 2- Printings and branding services (Visibility materials, posters, Banners)
• Bayelsa - Lot 3 - Car hire

• Abuja - Lot 3 - Travel & Tour Agent
• Abuja - Lot 4 - Sales and Services of IT Accessories
• Abuja - Lot 5 - Event Planning & Management ( Hall set up & Decoration, Lighting, LED Screen, DJ, Stage settings)
• Abuja - Lot 6 - Courier Services.

Adamawa State:

• Adamawa - Lot 1 - Car hire
• Adamawa - Lot 2 - Outdoor catering
• Adamawa - Lot 3- Hall rentals.

Lagos State:

• Lagos – Lot 1- Car hire
• Lagos – Lot 2 – Haulage (3PL).

Deadline for Receipt of Submissions
3rd March, 2026.

How to Apply
Interested and qualified Vendors should kindly request the Vendor Pre-Qualification Form on or before the 28th February, 2026 via: procurement.nigeria@cbm.org 

Fill out the Vendor Pre-Qualification Form and send it with the necessary support documents on or before the 3rd March, 2026, to: procurement.nigeria@cbm.org using the location and Lot (e.g., "BAYELSA - LOT 1- Outdoor catering services") as subject of the mail.

Note

• Interested vendor MUST have physical presence in the location where the job is being performed.
• The Subject line of the email MUST be indicated, e.g., (BAYELSA - LOT 1- Outdoor catering services)
• All documents should be submitted as a single file attachment. (CAC & form EC7, TCC, Audited Account / financial statements, past performance contract and letters of recommendations from INGOs or NNGOs
• An incomplete prequalification form will not be considered.
• Multiple entries are not allowed.

Deadline for Receipt of Submissions

• All submissions must reach: procurement.nigeria@cbm.org before the 3rd March 2026.
• CBM reserves the right not to consider a submission received after the deadline.
