Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF) is making a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply of Clinical Consumables in Taraba State. Interested vendors should possess relevant qualifications and experience.

The Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF), is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered to practice in Nigeria. The NGO works in partnership with public, private and other non-government organizations to promote accountability, good governance and contribute in achieving equitable, sustainable and quality healthcareand social services delivery among the poor and vulnerable population, especially women and childrenin Nigeria. WACHEF was registered with Taraba State Government in 2001 and with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria in August 2005 with registration number CAC/IT/No 19194.

How to Apply
Interested and eligible vendors are to submit a soft copy of their quotes to:
procurementwachef@gmail.com using the title as the subject of the mail.

Make sure to include the following:

Complete company documents: For vendors not previously registered with WACHEF, kindly provide your company profile.
Payment Terms: 50% upon signing the agreement and acceptance, while the rest of the payment is made after delivery of items.
Delivery Terms: Within 7 days upon signing the agreement.

Note

The quote must be in the format of the table above, as any errors may invalidate your quote.
The Financial bids must be in Naira (NGN)
Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.
WACHEF is VAT-exempt.
WACHEF reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they fail to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date.
Only successful bidder (s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Purchase Order. This RFQ does not in any way translate to a contract.
