ZOA International invites Expressions of Interests (EOI) from qualified suppliers and service providers to supply the materials and services for our operations in Borno and Sokoto States. Interested candidates should possess CAC registration number and contact details (address, phone, email, website), SCUML Certificate, among others.

ZOA is a Dutch international relief and recovery organization headquartered in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. We support vulnerable people affected by violent conflicts and natural disasters, helping them build dignified and resilient lives.

ZOA operates in over 15 countries, including Nigeria, and ZOA started its operation in Nigeria since 2026. We operate in Borno, Sokoto and Yobe States. ZOA’s mandate is to work with conflict and disaster affected people and we serve them through humanitarian and early recovery interventions. Key intervention areas include: Food Security & Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Disaster Preparedness, and Community empowerment. Description

ZOA invites qualified suppliers and service providers to express interest in supplying the materials and services for our operations in the above states.

The following categories of suppliers and service providers are required:

Engineering construction, rehabilitation, and related works
Supply of construction materials
Construction and Rehabilitation of Shallow borehole, deep boreholes, hand pumps, renovation and installment.
Supply of food items (perishable)
Supply of non-food items and dignity kit items.
Printing of Visibility materials
Office furniture and supply
Equipment especially, laptop, phones, chargers,
Stationery items
Farming tools and seeds
Security Services
Electrical Maintenance
Solar equipment, installation and maintenance
Plumping services
Fire safety equipment
Car hire and transportation services
Psychosocial support materials
Skills acquisition and livelihood supplies
Printing and graphic design services
Dignity kits and related items.

Interested suppliers and service providers are requested to submit a basic company profile including:

SCUML Certificate
Updated and Regularized Tax clearance with NRS
Company name, logo, and branding
CAC registration number and contact details (address, phone, email, website)
Official Bank Account No.
Evidence of tax Clearance
Brief company history (year established, founder background)
Description of products/services and areas of expertise
List of major clients, partnerships, certifications, or accreditations
Key management team details (names, positions, qualifications)

Interested and qualified suppliers and service providers must submit their applications in a sealed envelope to the following addresses:

Note

All suppliers and service providers are strictly required to clearly state the category of goods or services they wish to provide and the preferred State in their submissions.
Suppliers and service providers should clearly indicate whether they currently operate and provide services in Borno, Adamawa, Yobe, and Sokoto States. They should also specify any additional states in which they have business operations or service coverage.
Failure to specify the category of goods or services offered will result in automatic disqualification from consideration for any procurement, supply, or service opportunities.
Selected suppliers/service providers will be notified after the vetting process and compliance checks.
