Medecins Sans Frontieres, West and Central Africa (MSF WACA) in Nigeria Limited by Guarantee (MSF WACA) Supported Primary Health care centres (UNGU) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Sewage Dislodgement Services in Kano State. Interested applicants should possess relevant qualifications and must provide any documentation that the Contracting Authority may reasonably require, establishing to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they continue to be admitted to the competition.

As part of the "Nutrition" project entitled "Support for health facilities in the intervention of malnutrition and treatment of acutely malnourished children aged 6 – 59 months", Médecins Sans Frontières, West and Central Africa (MSF WACA) informs suppliers in Kano that the partnership application procedure will be open from August 31st until September 7th, 2026.
The categories for which partnership is sought are: Provision of Sewage Dislodgement Vacuum Tanker Vehicles with a minimum tank capacity of 10,000 litres (10 m³) per trip, capable of safely extracting sewage/fecal sludge from septic tanks/soak aways at MSF WACA health supported facilities (Unguwa Uku, Rijiyah Lemo PHCC and Muhammed Murtala Specialized ATFC/ITFC), transporting it without leakage or spillage, and discharging it at an approved disposal/treatment site.
Participation in the procedure is open under the same conditions to all legally recognized legal people. Applicants must provide any documentation that the Contracting Authority may reasonably require, establishing to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they continue to be admitted to the competition.

Application Instruction

Bidders will pay particular attention to ensure that tenders reach the address mentioned above by 17:00 on September 7th, 2026, at the latest. Any bids received after this date and time will not be considered. The non-public opening and evaluation of the tenders will take place at the MSF office at the above-mentioned address.
Successful Bidders for the next stage will be notified of the outcome of their bids by September 10th, 2026. If this deadline has passed, please consider that your bid has not been accepted.
