Medecins Sans Frontieres, West and Central Africa (MSF WACA) in Nigeria Limited by Guarantee (MSF WACA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel to MSF WACA Guest House in Kano State. Interested suppliers should possess relevant qualifications and must provide any documentation that the Contracting Authority may reasonably require, establishing to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they continue to be admitted to the competition.

As part of the "Nutrition" project entitled "Support for health facilities in the intervention of malnutrition and treatment of acutely malnourished children aged 6 – 59 months", Médecins Sans Frontières, West and Central Africa (MSF WACA) informs suppliers in Kano that the partnership application procedure will be open from September 15th until 23rd, 2026.
The categories for which partnership is sought are: Fuel Supply and Delivery to MSF WACA Guest House according to the specifications outlined in Annex 2.
Participation in the procedure is open under the same conditions to all legally recognized legal people and companies.
Applicants must provide any documentation that the Contracting Authority may reasonably require, establishing to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they continue to be admitted to the competition.

23rd September, 2026 (17:00pm).

Interested suppliers can obtain additional information or seek clarifications from September 16th to 18th, 2026 and consult the partnership file free of charge by making the request only by email to the following address: msfw-kano-supplymanager@waca.msf.org.

Note

Transportation is charged independently for the cost of Fuel and attracts Withholding Tax at 2%.
No handwritten documents will be accepted. Documents must be valid and printed.
Bidders will pay particular attention to ensure that tenders reach the address mentioned above by 17:00 on September 23rd, 2026, at the latest. Any bids received after this date and time will not be considered.
The non-public opening and evaluation of the tenders will take place at the MSF office at the above-mentioned address.
Successful Bidders for the next stage will be notified of the outcome of their bids by September 25th, 2026. If this deadline has passed, please consider that your bid has not been accepted.
