Medecins Sans Frontieres - France in Nigeria Limited by Guarantee is Requesting for Proposals (RFP) from suitable bidders for the Supply of Diesel (Automotive Gas Oil) to the MSF locations in Abuja (FCT), Katsina and Jahun - Jigawa States on monthly basis or on need basis with short notice. We are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more qualified suppliers for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications.

Médecins Sans Frontières - France in Nigeria Limited by Guarantee is an International, Private, Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Humanitarian Organization. Our organisation offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters, to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. We have been working in Nigeria facilitated by a Memorandum of Understanding between Medecins Sans Frontieres and the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The French Section are at present co-operating with the Federal Ministry of Health, and State and Local government departments of health on various health projects. Our current focus is the VVF/Emergency Obstetrics Project in Jigawa State, the Provision of Primary Health Care in Borno State, and the Nutrition Project in Katsina State with coordination office in Abuja, Nigeria.

Currently MSF France is running three regular projects in three states these include a malnutrition activities’ project in Katsina state, and a maternal health care project in Jigawa state with a country coordination office in Abuja FTC.

MSF France's objective for this tender is to identify a suitable company (s) to supply Diesel (Automotive Gas Oil) for its operations in Nigeria.
We are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more qualified suppliers for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Scope
The successful bidder(s) will be required to supply diesel to the following MSF locations on monthly basis or on need basis with short notice:
