PATH – Organization for Innovation in Public Health (OIPH), Nigeria invites eligible and qualified vendors and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification for the supply of goods and services in support of programme implementation in Nigeria. Interested vendors should possess relevant qualifications.

Description

Through the Organization for Innovation in Public Health (OIPH) in Nigeria, PATH invites competent, eligible, and qualified vendors, suppliers, and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest for prequalification across a range of goods and services required to support its programmes and operations in Nigeria.

Applicants may apply for one or more categories for which they have demonstrated capacity and relevant experience.
The applicable category code(s) must be clearly stated in the application.

Submission
Completed applications, including all mandatory forms and supporting documents specified in the EOI package, must be submitted electronically to: nigeriaprocurement@path.org The email subject line must read: "PATH-NGA/EOI/2026/003 - [CATEGORY CODE(S)] - [COMPANY NAME]"

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are complete and received before the deadline.

Prequalification does not constitute a contract, guarantee of business, exclusivity, or entitlement to participate in every future procurement.
Successful applicants will be included in PATH/OIPH Nigeria's pool of prequalified vendors for the relevant category or categories and may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities, subject to PATH's procurement procedures and applicable requirements.
PATH reserves the right to verify information submitted, request clarification or additional information where necessary, reject incomplete or non-compliant applications, and amend, suspend or cancel the prequalification process in accordance with applicable procedures.
Only applications submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the full EOI package will be considered.
