Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) invites proposals from suitably qualified vendors for the rehabilitation and upgrade of four water points in Sokoto State. The project aims to enhance food security, improve Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services, and promote psychosocial well-being among vulnerable populations, particularly women, girls, and persons with disabilities. Interested bidders should possess relevant qualifications and experience to undertake the project.

Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-governmental organization duly registered with the Nigerian government through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT NO: 91613).

Existing since October 2016, AHSF focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations across communities in North East Nigeria. AHSF operates both in emergency and development contexts and has its program principally rooted in identifying gaps that affect the population or increase the vulnerability of the population and bridging those gaps through resource-based planning and implementation.

Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF), in collaboration with CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission and funded by the German Cooperation, is implementing the project titled: “Strengthening the Resilience of Internally Displaced Persons and Vulnerable Households in Host Communities in Northwestern Nigeria (Kebbi, Sokoto, Katsina).”
This project aims to enhance food security, improve WASH services, and promote psychosocial well-being for vulnerable populations, particularly women, girls, and people living with disabilities.
As part of this initiative, Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) invites qualified contractors with operations within Sokoto State and environs to submit quotations for the following WASH infrastructure activities in 3 LGAs in Sokoto State (Wurno, Rabah, and Sokoto-South):

Interested Bidders can quote for any one or both Lots.

Lot 1: Rehabilitation and upgrading to a solar-powered borehole for 2 sites at (Rabah PHCC, Rabah LGA and Shiyar Marafa, Wurno LGA) as per the attached detailed BOQ. Wurno LGA, Sokoto
State.
Lot 2: Rehabilitation and upgrading to a solar-powered borehole for 2 sites at (Gwargawo and Pela, Sokoto South LGA), as per the attached detailed BOQ. Sokoto State.
