Rivers Slate Government Invitation for Bids Management of the New Rumuworji Market, Port Harcourt

The Rivers State Government in conjunction with Port Harcourt City Council hereby invites suitably qualified companies to express their interest in the Management of the New Rumuworji Market, Port Harcourt.

Requirements for Application:
To qualify for consideration, interested companies with proven experience and competence are to submit their letter of intent accompanied with the following documents;

A. General Company Profile

• Name and address of company including telephone, e-mail, fax etc
• Full details of company profile accompanied with details of ownership
• Evidence of company registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC)
• Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2009, 2010 and 2011)
• Vat registration certificate
• Evidence of payment of all taxes/levies accruable to Rivers State Government.
• Name and address of company representative, who shall be responsible for all correspondence.

B. Technical Capability

• Evidence of experience in the management of this kind of facility or any other public facility in Nigeria.

Interested companies should send their application to the office of the Chairman Rumuworji Market Committee, Block A, 5th Floor, Room 06, Rivers State Secretariat Complex, Port Harcourt.
