Addendum: Invitation for Prequalification and Tender at Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund

With reference to our earlier publication dated November 13, 2012 in DAILY TRUST and THISDAY News Papers respectively on the above subject, the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) hereby EXTENDS its invitation to interested and reputable contractors/companies to TWO WEEKS (from
December 11 2012 to December 27 2012).

This is in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007.

D) Tender/Bid Requirements
Interested contractors/Companies are expected to submit the following documents:
  • Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
  • Tax Clearance and VAT/Certificates for the: last 3 years
  • Comprehensive Company- Profile
  • Evidence of equipment and technical capacity
  • Evidence of Similar Projects
  • Audited 4ccounttof the last 3 years
  • Evidence of all-payments IC statutory Bodies such as ITF, PENCOM, NSITF etc.
  • Evidence of-Financial Capabilities (Bank Reference)

A) Collection of Bids Document
Bids we ready for collection from the date of this advertisement upon presentation of Non Refundable fee of N50,000.00 in a Certified Bank Draft payable to Nigeria Social insurance Trust fund. Bids can be collected at the Finance Department (2nd floor).

B) Submission of Bid Document
Financial & Technica1 Bids should be submitted separately clearly marked and with specific Lot number and description of the Project. These shall be submitted at the reception (Ground Floor) and addressed to the Managing Director, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) at the above address on or before 12.00 noon, Thursday, December 27, 2012

C) Bids Closure
Bids submission will be closed at 12.00 noon, Thursday, December 27, 2012.

D) Bids Opening
The bids will be opened by 1.00 pm on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at AREWA SUITE, ABUJA, Samuel Adesujo Ademulegun Street off Herbert Maculay Way, Central Area Abuja in the presence of the company’s representative, NGOs Civil Societies and the General Public.

Note:
Bidders who have already made purchases for goods (Lot 1: Operational Vehicles) should please come with their receipts for replacement.
