Mandatory Requirement
1. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Bidders are required to be pre-qualified and meet part or all Nigerian Content Requirements (N.C.R) - (CAC, company profile, bank reference, profile of operatives, evidence of operational strength, verifiable evidence of similar contract, certificate of license to operate.

2. All successful pre-qualified Bidders that meet this will receive invitation to technical tender (ITT). Where applicable be register with Environmental Health Officer Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON). Be accredited by Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEP)

3. Where applicable, have vast experience on Pests Control and Management in Fast food restaurant In Lagos state with proof of evidence.

Please note the following

• Bidders who for the purpose of this bid process enter into any partnership, consortium, etc. with another bidder will be disqualified.
• All costs incurred in preparing and processing all bid materials shall be to the applicants account.
• Tastee Fried Chicken Limited will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualified companies and not agents or individuals.
• The tendering process shall be Tastee Fried Chicken Limited contracting process requiring pre-qualified companies to submit technical tenders first. Following a technical review and evaluation, only technically and financially qualified bidders will be required tom submit commercial tenders.
• This advert shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on any part of Tastee Fried Chicken Limited to award any contract to any companies and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents nor shall it entitle pre qualified companies to make any claims whatsoever and or seek any indemnity from Tastee Fried Chicken Limited and or any of its partners by virtue of such companies having been pre-qualified as required.

Closing Date
