Enugu State Housing Development Corporation invites interested and reputable contractors to tender for the following projects.
Lot A: Construction of Ten (10) No. Blocks of Three. Bedroom Flats at Maryland housing Estate. Independence Layout, Enugu.
Lot B: Construction of Asphalted Roads at Golf Course Estate Phase II G.R.A Enugu

Qualification Requirements
Tenders shall be submitted with the following:

• Evidence of Incorporation
• Company profile and brochures
• Company audited accounts for the past three 3) years.
• Tax Clearance &VAT Certificate for years 2009, 2010 and 2011.
• Evidence 0f financial capability and banking support
• Evidence of past performance in similar projects
• Evidence of Registration with ESHDC and any other relevant additional Information.

Collection of Tender Documents
Tender Documents for LOT “A’ should be collected from the office of Director of Planning and LOT “B” from the office of Director of Works between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm on working days.

Closing Date
Friday 4th January, 2013.

Submission of Documents
Pre-Qualification /Tender Documents are to be submitted to:

Note:

• Separate applications in separate envelopes must be submitted for LOTS “A”, and “B”, with the LOT and Project Title clearly written on the left hand corner of the envelope.
• Each application should be accompanied by evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only in certified Bank Draft payable to Enugu State Housing Development Corporation.
• Enugu State Housing Development Corporation reserves the right to verify any claims by companies. Companies must, therefore, include in their submission necessary authority for such verification.
• Tenderers are invited for the opening of Tender Documents on Monday 7th January, 2013 in the Corporation’s Boardroom at 12.00 noon.
