State Universal Basic Education Board Invitation for Pre-Qualification

The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Gombe invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction/renovation of classroom blocks and toilets together with fabrication/supply of pupils teachers furniture under the 3rd and 4th quarters 2011 and 1st and 2nd quarters 2012 UBEC/SUBEB projects in some selected schools across the state and 2011/2012 UBE special education projects.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

• Evidence of company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past (3) years.
• Company’s VAT Registration Certificate.
• Letter of attestation of good financial standing from the company’s barkers including name and address of the Bark(s).
• Bank Guarantee or Insurance bond.
• Evidence of previous similar contracts stating contract value and showing evidence of award and timely completion.
• Evidence of Company’s Registration with BUSES, Gombe

Closing Date
31st December, 2012

Submission of Documents
All prospective contractors/suppliers should submit their documents in sealed envelopes to:

State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Gombe.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all prequalification submission and or discontinue the tendering process at any time.

Nothing in this advert shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of the Board or shall it entertain any potential tendered to make any claim whatsoever and seek an indemnity from the Board on account of responding to this advert. The Board shall not go into any correspondence with non prequalified contractors in any form.

The list of those pre-qualified shall be listed and pasted on the Notice Board of BUSES. Gombe.
