Invitation to Tender for the Building of Ileiemeie Civic Centre at Ilejemeje Local Government Iye Ekiti

Ilejemeje Local Government is hereby inviting interested and reputable Budding Contractors with relevant experience to submit their bids for the construction of Civic Center building at Iye Ekiti, Ekiti State.

Location of Project: Delivery Period Government Secretariat lye Ekiti
Delivery Period: 90 days

2.) Pre-Qualification Requirements
To qualify for consideration Tenders must be accompanied with copies of the underlisted documents:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Ekiti State Ministry of Commerce
• Evidence of current registration with Ekiti State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
• Evidence of registration with Ilejemeje Local Government.
• Possession of the last three years tax clearance Certificate.
• Payment of last three years Development levy
• Detailed address and location of Company in Ekiti State
• Payment of appropriate Tender fee of #30,000 based on category E of a contract sum of S million Naira and above.
• Evidence of payment of last 3 years Tenement Rate
• Tenders should contract the Head of Department (works) for location of Projects drawings, Bill of quantity and Specification.
• Evidence of Financial capability and banking support

3.) Closing Date/Submission of Pre-Qualification Document and Bids 
The complete pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in an envelope sealed and marked “Pre-Qualification Documents for Ilejemeje Civic Centres on the top left hand corner and addressed to the office of the Deputy Director of Administration, Ilejemeje Local Government lye between 8.00am and 4.00pm daily and not later than 12noon Friday 1st February, 2013.

4.) Public Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
All information for Pro-qualification to tender shall be publicly opened by 10.00am on Tuesday 5th February, 2013 at the Local Government Chamber in the Local Government Secretariat.
