Invitation to Tender for Contractors at Orile Agese Local Council Development Area

Tenders are hereby invited form reputable and financially solvent contractors registered with Orile Agege Local Council Development Area and/or Lagos State Ministry of Works for the underlisted contract jobs.

• Development/construction/Fencing of Alaagba Motor-Park.
• Beautification, Preparation and Surfacing of Alaagaba Motor-Park Prospective Tenders are requested to provide the provide the underlisted information and photocopies of the following documents:
  • Evidence of Incorporation of Business name with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  • Three(3) years Tax Clearance Certificate (including the current year)
  • Evidence of registration with Orils Agege Local Council Development Area.
  • Proofs of previous jobs done for Government(s) or any other reputable organization.
  • Performance Bond issued by a bank.
  • Evidence of Financial capability.
  • Radio and Television license receipt (current year)
  • Prospective Tender should pay a non-refundable Tender fee of N25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) only as Applications Fee  to the Treasury of Orile Agege Local Council Development Area.

The tender document should be wax-sealed and marked in capital at the left-hand corner “Tender” and should be addressed to:

Thu completed tender documents should be deposited in the Tender box b 8.00am-400pm (Monday Friday) 30th January, 2013

Please note that, the Local Council Development Area is not bound to accept the lowest or the highest tender nor give reasons for rejecting any tender; any tender received other than in mariner prescribed above will not be or considered.
