Gabasawa Local Government - Invitation to Tender for Pre Qualification Documents

GABASAWA Local Government of Kano State wishes to bring to the notice of Interested, competent and reputable Contractors as part of preliminaries projects, that it intends to carry out the following projects.

Projects

1. General Renovation of Yannchi Friday Mosque
2. Construction of fencing-wall at Zakirai Kofar Arewa graveyard
3. Construction of fencing-wall at Zakira Kofar kudu graveyard
4. Construction of fencing- wallet Karmmmi grave yard
5. Construction of fencing-wall at Garun -Danga Kofar Gabas grave yard
6. Electrification project of Falall village in Karmami ward
7. Construction of 785 meters drainage and 9 Nos-Ring-culverts at Gunduwa village
8. Construction of Standard Gassroc4n block at Gumawa Primary School
9. Construction of Feeder road from Yarknya -Malamawa -Yarzabaina

Pre Qualification Requirements

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Registration with State Works Req. Board
• Company Audited Account for 3 years
• Evidence of Tax Clearance for 3 years
• Evidence of financial capability/Banking support
• Experience & technical qualification of key personnel
• Record of previous projects executed & evidence of knowledge of the industry
• Equipments, plants &Technology capacity
• Annual tune over
• Evidence of settlement of payee & other withholding tax
• VAT Registration & evidence of past vat remittances
• Any other document that will enhance your competency and reliability

Submission of Documents
The application of pre qualification documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre Qualification Documents” for Application should reach the office of the Interim Management Officer Gabasawa Local Government, Kana State.
