Christian Prime Nigeria Limited Invites Interested Contractors Pre-Qualify to Bid for the Construction of Northgate Mall, New Market Enugu State

1.) Introduction
Christian Prime Nigeria Limited, having secured the concession in a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Enugu North local Government Authority, to build a Shopping mall named the NORTHGATE Mall, to be located around the New Aria Market in Enugu, hereby invites capable construction firms to express interest (Pre-Qualification) in bidding to build The Mall in accordance with acceptable civil construction and, electrical and mechanical works standards.

2.) Scope
The scope of works includes:

1. Demolition of uncompleted existing structures within the premises.
2. Perimeter fencing
3. Erection of the building structures
4. Installation of Electromechanical fittings such as lighting, plumbing works, solar systems, Fire detectors and hydrants, central air conditioning systems and extractors, escalators, etc.

3.) Pre-Qualification Criteria
The following requirement for pre-qualification must be submitted:

• Evidence of Company Incorporation in Nigeria
• Evidence of valid Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate
• Company profile with list of Technical/Managerial Staff that will be engaged in the project with evidence of previous work experience, detailed clients, nature of work/contract, contract sum etc.
• Articulated Work Plan and Methodology
• Evidence of Financial Capability
• Experience in handling similar job is an added advantage

4.) losing Date/Submission
Pre-qualification documents must be in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential Pre-Qualification for Enugu Northgate Malls at the top left corner of the envelope and submitted 11th February, 2013 to:

• Submission of the Pre-qualification documents is not a guarantee for the award of contract and MUST be arranged in accordance with the order stated above.
• Pre-qualification documents shall be closed by 12 noon of the day of final submission.
• Pre-qualification inspection may be scheduled to confirm claims made in the submission.
• Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to tender for the project.
