Warri Industrial Business Park Project - Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors

Preamble
The Warn Industrial Business Park Project Tenders Board invites interested and competent registered construction companies to make Pre-qualification submission for the following procurement in respect of Phase 1 development of the Warn Industrial Business Park Project.
The project is seeking to engage the following:

Project A: Civil Engineering construction firms to pre-qualify for the design and construction of the main artery road.

Project B: Building construction firms to pre-qualify for the construction of the 7 Storey administrative building.

Project C: Mechanical & Electrical Services Firms for the design and installation of services in the administrative building.

Interested firms must demonstrate sufficient capability to undertake the above described projects. In addition they should have adequate and experienced staff to execute the projects.

1. Pre-Qualification Documents/Qualifying Criteria
To qualify for pre qualification, interested companies are to submit 2 copies of their profiles which should include the following:

• Evidence of Incorporation of company or business name
• Company audited accounts for the last three years.
• Evidence of financial capability and bank support
• Evidence of registration of technical personnel with relevant professional regulating bodies e.g NITP, COREN, ACEN
• List of equipment inventory for job execution
• Bank details including names of bankers and any other necessary information
• Profile of key technical staff/ current organizational structure
• Details of insurance policies
• Tax clearance certificate for the last three years
• VAT registration and evidence of vat remittance
• Knowledge of industry and similar projects executed in the past
• Ability to demonstrate capability and experience of compliance to ‘Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works Volume 1 Specification for High works’ or provide evidence of an equally approved construction methodology.
• Copy of Annual Returns Form C02 and Particulars of Directors Form C07

2. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
