Invitation for Prequalification and Tender for Year 2010 Tetfund Special Intervention Projects Batch 4 and Internally Generated Revenue Project

1.) Introduction
Adeye.mi College of Education, Undo intends to undertake prequalification and tender exercises for the underlisted Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Terfund) Year 2010 Special Intervention Projects Batch 4 and Internally generated revenue Project.

Interested and reputable Contractors are hereby invited to forward their documents for the purpose of Pre-Qualification and Tender for the underi isted Projects:

(A) Tetfund Special Intervention Projects.
Construction of textile, ceramics and sculpture’ studios ibr Fine and Applied Arts department.
Procurement and installation of wireless antennae for upgrading of information Communication Technology (ICT) centre.

(B) Internally Generated Revenue Project (IGR)

•  Supply and installation of Lecture Theatre Desks and Seats

2.) Pre-Qualification Requirements.
Prospective Contractors shall he required to submit the following pre-qualification documents:

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances.
• Evidence of Company’s audited accounts for three (3) years and its annual turnover.
• Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004.
• Evidence of similar projects successfully executed with their locations (copies of letters of award to be attached).
• Technical qualifications and experience of key personnel.
• Evidence of Financial capability and Rank Support (attach Bank reference, Statement of Account c.t.c).
• Equipment and Technical Capacity.

3.) Tender Requirements.
Prospective Contractors shall he required to:

• Collect tender documents in the Office of the Director, Physical Planning, Works and Services after the payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only in respect of Project (i) and N20.000.00 only for project (ii) and ICR Project respectively, made payable to Adeyemi College of Education Skye tank Investment Account No: 21217711005379.

4.) Submission of Pre-Qualification/Tender Documents.
Prequalification and Tender documents should be neatly packed in a sealed envelope marked “Pre-Qualification and Tender for Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) year 2010 Special Intervention Projects Batch 4” OR for Project (Indicate Specific Project) at the top left hand corner of the envelope to:

The bids will be opened as follows:

Opening Date/Time: 15th March, 2013 1.00p.m.
Opening Venue: S.K Babalola Hall

Interested Companies are by this notice invited to attend the opening exercise.

6.) Verification of Claims
Please note that Adeyemi College of Education, Garb reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by interested Contractor

Note: Only the Tenders of responsive Companies would be further considered.
