Tender Notice at Kogi State Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Agency

The Kogi State Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Agency (Kogi RUWASSA) Tender Board invites reputable contractors for the supply of:

A

• 300 meter depth capacity fabricated mechanical drilling rig with all its accessories including commensurate mud pump.
• 10,000 litre capacity water tanker (Grade 1 Belgium)
• At least 1 5ton capacity flat bed truck (Grade 1 Belgium)

3.) Tender Requirements for the Purchase

• Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
• Comprehensive Company profile to include evidence of previous purchase
• Audited account for the past three (3) years
• Tax Clearance Certificate for 3years i.e years 2010,2011 and 2012.
• Evidence of registration with Kogi State Ministry of Works and Transport.
• Evidence of financial capability duly issued from any capitalized bank in Nigeria.
• Evidence of traceable address (not P.O. Box in Nigeria).
• Evidence of Non-refundable tender fee of N10,000 per item (as in A(l-3) above).

C. Collection and Submission of Tender Documents
Interested contractors are to obtain tender documents from the Permanent Secretary, Kogi State Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Agency (Kogi RUWASSA). All completed tender documents should be sealed and submitted to;
